Slab, I've been thinking about fishing Green Lake for cats lately but have no clue as to whether they would be active by now? The previous trips I've made for cats in Green was during the super hot summer months. I did well fishing nightcrawlers on the bottom. I live about 3 minutes from Green lake so let me know if you need company
do you have to fish at night for the catfish? i know it is better but can you still get some during the day. i have never really targeted catfish before except at night off the dock at mardon. i know they are good eating but i don't know how to clean them very well . they put up a good fight though.
fishing isn't a sport, it's a way of life.
a motto i live by :D
go dawgs!!
I live pretty close to greenlake too. Scalecarp..where do you go ling fishin at?
i have a feelin masta and koke will want a ride so i may come down to greenlake as well. i wouldn't catchin some carp too, and i have never caught a catfish
The first and last two hours of light have always been best for me on lakes. On the Snake and Yakima R. you can catch them all day long but I think that's because there are about a 500 of them per acre out there :D.
Not any more, got my lincenceOriginally Posted by urban_fisher1

nice! now nothin can stop us from launching your boat!
turns out i am goin to moses lake for the weekend. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. i have fished potholes once but never moses. I plan to target walleye, panfish (including crappie of course), bass catfish and maybe even some carp. basically i want to try and find what is biting the best and concentrate on that
