There's also a 2 day B.A.S.S tourney this weekend. I'd forget about Saturday on either lake, with about 100 bass rigs working L. Washington alone (since they can't enter Union thanks to Open Day) the fish are gonna see some serious pressure this week.

What you could do though (since the bass boats can't blast off until 6 or 6:30) is launch out from the Union ramp super early Sunday morning, get on top of your spot, and work that one area all morning. Those guys are gonna be all over the lake and pounding it hard. I'd find the best rocky bank you can think of and be on that spot before they even leave the launch down in Renton LOL!!!

me neither, i might try the edmonds pier for some lings or try out one of the smaller lakes that i have been looking at for bass and crappie. there really are lots of little lakes with bass and crappie on the westside once you start lookin for them. or i could always go and catch some trout somehwere if all else fails. i really did want to hit up union and washington though

speaking of small lakes, i bet the crappie are moving up and are biteing up at cassidy. i might try to get up there this week. another small lake or pond i would like to try is bluebarry.....i tried it last year and couldn't get any
they will probably be moving shallow up there pretty soon because its such a small lake .... i hope :D

those two lakes were something that i had in mind as well. infact i was just looking at them with msn's new satelite mapping thing. it is better than google local in my opinion. better resolution way more zoom in levels and even a birds eye view option which is pretty cool

I am going to try to hit up union on sunday, or at least that is my plan for now, I put new spark plugs in and doctered up any possible leak in the fuel line and it started right up it has been sitting for over a month with old gas that probably has water in it, but it ran pretty clean, for a 26 year old motor, so I got my fingers crossed!

Now that sounds like a plan. They've been doing pretty good out on the Bay.

I drive past Blueberry everyday on my to and from work. I can stop by and check it out if you guys want a report before the weekend.
