It's no problem using the boat on Union at night. It'll make it a hell of alot easier to find parking down there too. If you bring a latern I'll bring one and we should be covered. Heater? Sounds like heaven. I usually just fish until I can no longer feel my balls :D .

The lake union crappie sound like the potholes crappie. They seem to bite better at night at the potholes.

They are alot like the crappie on the eastside. They'll (Union crappie) bite during the day during early spring but after the spawn it's a night bite. Have you guys seen the slabs they have been pulling out of Potholes this week?

    Here's some pics

    Thumbs up Lk. Union

I'm not sure who the lady is in the pic, probably a Pot Holes Local. However, we had a blast fishing at lk. Union on Friday night. Just like Slab predicted, we'd get tired or cold before the fish stop biting. Nothing like a cool crisp night fishing for Crappie in the shadows of the Space Needle............

We had really good time out on the lake that night. The fish were in a biting mood and still were when we left. I don't know how many we cought, I lost track but it had to be in the high 40's all totaled. Thanks for talking me out Cajun. Let me know if you wanna head out again some time. Next time we can try to anchor up on the deep end of the drop-off. Man, there were some huge schools of crappie in there. A man could lose sleep at night picturing what Charlie was showing on the screen. :D
