Good info, looks like Lake Whitehurst in Va Beach is the place to be for Hampton Roads area crappie fisherman.
I was quite surprised to see so few citations at the Suffolk lakes. I guess most folks just do not register anymore. What with it costing so much $4 per fish (saltwater is free). Why are saltwater citations free?
Oh it is a goverment run program. It does not require logic.
