Just got internet back. I went and bought gas for the gen and noticed there are a lot of power lines down that are not even being worked on yet. But they are saying all will be restored by 11PM tonight. Could be worse.

I hate when the power goes out but I have done a few things to be a little more prepared such as a small generator and a few other needed items. To me the worse times is when it is very hot or really cold. Glad to hear you are back to modern time conveniences.
