    Thumbs up Cold but Good morning catching:Report*


    My friend Charlie and I had a very good morning on the water. Most of our fish came on plain jigs in 6' to 7' fow. Water temps were at 59 to 60. We were off the water by noon and caught 38 fish with some real nice 1 1/2 lb. slabs. It's been a while sense I went and it was nice to fish without 20 to 30 mph winds. The fish are on the move to shallow water so it wont be long before they spawn. Caught a lot of males in close. Some colder weather coming up that may hold them back a few weeks. Charlie has a few pictures that I hope he post. Retirement is great, can fish during the week without the crowds.
