I think that winter has finally lost it's grip. Warmer water temps and better fishing are on the way. At least you gave it a try.
I had to get out yesterday. This weather has been driving me nuts. I got to Bob's at sunrise and found the water very cold at 36 degrees and super muddy!!!! I fished for 3 hours with 5 bites and one small crappie. As long as I have been Crappie fishing the one I caught was a black nose. My first ever! I did see J/C and he said they had nothing. It will get better.

Thanks for the report. I hope to see better reports as things warm up.
At least you got out. I think you won.
Thanks for the report, Jim. Way to go...keep that line wet.
The good weather is on it's way Jim. The bite is going to get better very soon.
Jim, It did not get any better. we finished until about 1130 and got tired of fighting the mud and then the wind started picking up. So we decided to give it up!!! We ended up with 4 crappie and 1 bass. That was the slowest day that we had in a very long time. It was good to see you though! J.C.
