Do any of you guys know anything bout striper fishing on smith mountain lake..coming up from charlotte and coming blind if you can point me in a general direction up lake middle or lower,,or in the creeks..if you wanna pm me that's good too,,,I striper fish most lakes in nc and crappie fish Wylie and Norman so could offer info on those lakes if ever needed...sorry for long post n thx for readin..dw

Hey john, sorry didn't call you dropped phone in water loading boat but just wanted to thank you again for the info the bait was in 2 out the 3 places and fish were close to the areas you mentioned and methods were spot on...caught 18 Friday biggest 18 lbs with lots 8 to 10 lb fish with all being released,,,sat only got 12 but 1 went 22 lbs with 2 10's rest 6 lb.r all released but 2 of the 6lbr kept to fry...thanks again
