Thread: James river finally gives them up!

I didnt have long to fish today. 10am-1pm then off to work. I made good use of my time hauling in 50 crappie up to 15 inches. A 7 pound largemouth. lost a big striper and the biggest ring perch Ive ever seen in the James. Jigs tipped with minnows 2-7 feet deep in 3-10 FOW water was 61-62 degrees around 11 am. I was trolling 6 rods .4-.9 mph. LOVE the new terrova with Ipilot!!!!! I cant tell you have many fish I caught today useing the spot lock while tending the net,baiting hooks,untangling messes.
