    Default Occoquan 5/3

Fished th Occoquan today and caught about a dozen. Biggest was 13 inches. Fished mid-lake with med. minnows. Water temperature was 70 to 75 degrees. All fish were caught in coves on 'old' wood. Did not get any on the main lake.

Dang, the water was calling my but my workload kept me at the office til 8. It looked like a perfect afternoon. If the weather holds i'm Seriously considering fishing tomorrow night with the submersible lights.

If I go (weather looking iffy right now) it will be at the dam end. I found a nice point that produced some good numbers last year. Looking back at my old threads it wasn't until late June early July that I was catching anything at night (but I was still learning)

    I'll report back
