I am retired. Turned in my badge, slide rule, and pocket protector yesterday. I have no job to go to for the first time in 36 years. Below is a photo of me when I was about 5 years old. Was I destined to be an engineer geek or what?

I have enjoyed my carrer in engineering. I got offers to return as a contractor and work part time for some projects at my retirement lunch yesterday. That is something I will have to think about so I can have minnow money in my pocket.
