I would think the Shakespeare bait company. Started out as a Photo lens production company by William Shakespeare Jr. and produced the level wind type C reel first...but I think that was a bit before 1920....
What American manufacturer of a non fishing product got into manufacturing fishing reels and lures and tackle from 1920 - 1930 ?
