Thread: Fishin' with ShaneAllen

Went down to Lake Houston to fish three days with ShaneAllen last weekend. Its 230 miles for me but well worth it. I think its one of the best lakes in the area but it helps to have a good guide like Shane who fishes several times a week. These biguns where dipped out of brush along these seawalls and docks in about 2.5 feet of water. FUN, FUN, FUN!

Myself with one a little over a pound and a half. We didn't catch any giants but most where around this size. Good fishing!

Bonus pictures, What its like to fish in 30mph gusting 40 on BBLake last week. My trips to Caddo this week would look the same. Its been a tough couple weeks fishing in all the wind we have gotten the month.

GOOD report Don. I am fortunate to get to fish with Shane alot. He is the best I have seen. They caught the guy that was with me at a road block on his way thru town . ....Won't be seeeing him for a while.
