    You are correct for sure. You can add LOP to the list. The flats down near the dam the bottom is clean and the crappie must be doing a flounder impression. Sometimes impossible to see on electronics but if you drift along dragging bottom they will bite a jig or minner.

    seen it often in the winter time , sometimes the bottom appears on the graph to have some really tiny spots on it .....
    like sum tiny lil bumps here and there and nothing that looks remotely similar to fish

    That's what has been wierd about couple of my home lakes. same docks and bank areas have been producing steadily since june. everytime I have gone there has been crappie there. not always the biggest but still plenty of action to make it loads of fun.
