    Default Need a little help

Hey guys my name is Richard and we live in NW Arkansas. For the past several years my son, grandson, and myself make a pre/Thanksgiving fishing trip (crappie is all we fish for) and we are considering fork this year. We have only been there one time, in mid January and the water temps were a lot lower, and we fished down around the dam. So now would you target mid lake, creeks etc. target brusch piles or standing timber, also, what about depths. I am sure there is a lot of standing timer when you move away from the dam so is mapping usually sufficient to run in other areas. Ketchn I tried to pm you but your inbox was full. Again, I thank you in advance for any or all information

I’ve never been, but on YouTube I think they catch ‘em by bridges all year round. Good luck!

not sure on the pattern right now , but everyone is hammering them with and without LS , hear tell timber and bet the bridge is good as well
probably have not gone EXTRA deep yet and the boat show there will be the giveaway , it isn't tough to figure out the pattern on FORK , there are always a bunch of guides on the water in that lake ....
seen some yak fellas hammer em hard other day , not sure where they were on Fork or what they used other than kayaks and they literally had one yak full of them in the image they posted .
let me ask around some and see what I can find out

Was told to ease along the river channel north of the 514 or 15 or whatever it is bridge and look at the timber edges along it .
said the edges of the main river channel in the submerged and visible timber , depths are highly variable on where the fish will be . 15 to 20 down in 30 to 40 maybe is my guess .....luck to ya
