Thread: North Texas ketchn report ....

they seem to be somewhat all over the map right now , some are about done in short water and some are still popping full of eggs like they never went shallow , not sure about your area lake is me , but to be sure they are still in spawn mode and or about to in lots of spots ....
typically they are on the downside of it by now in these parts , but on Tuesday we hammered a bunch of larges plum full of eggs like the swallowed golf balls and yesterday and Wednesday the big girls at another spot are about done it seems ....
look shallow , look in midrange and look deep too .....
its a guess as to where they want to be right now ...

Leaving for Caddo in the morning. Be there through Sunday and taking every soft plastic, bare hook and tied jig I can get my hands on.
