interesting , sure can be an awesome ketch fest when you find them there for sure , likely springing up pricey houses and the lake will be more of a party than it once was ,,,,,

real estate is big stuff here , about anything with dirt under it sells fast as heck for more than the asking price ....
sometimes listings get sold within minutes ....
pretty ridiculous to say the least , 40 to 45 acres in the middle of nowhere is priced around $500,000 on the low side these days ....
