Thread: 46 with a north wind yesterday

we all got rather cold on that boat ride .
fish were in shallow water trying to stay warm .
liked it being drug along close to the bottom .
4 to 8 foot of water seemed best .
a plain old white jig got bit best .
didnt stay long because we didnt dress for it
lost several nice ones .
hooked one something large and lost it as well .
was west of dfw
left with a few and ketched lots of shorts
