Awesome! I wonder if all this rain is going to shut them down. A lot of fresh water coming in.

Anybody got any pointers for this lake? This weekend will be my first time there. Looking at fishing up in the Big Creek area. Just a little concerned with all the fresh water from the rains.

lots of the docks at Bridgeport are loaded with fish , I have sat in one spot up there and ketched 3 limits off one dock with 2 other guys .
you might try docks up on the north end of the lake , I hear there are fish under them in numbers

Had to hunt hard for them, but I managed to find 6 keepers on Bridgeport. Had to go down to the main lake to find water clear enough to fish. All in backs of coves in about 15 fow on structure. All on Black and Chart, w/chart head. Oh, and they would not bite unless I put a nibble on the hook. Water in the upper part of the lake was like chocolate milk.

Those nibbles can be the difference in putting fish in the boat or a skunk.....
I've found that at times it will take other scents, I use about four different ones and put on what works best..... Gotta have that Gsauce and Slabsauce too...

Nice work man. We had a family fish fry and I emptied my freezer . A catch like that will always do the trick.
