laws ? there is a law on it ? badges ? we don't need no stinking badges …..
I’m on foot, so it is on my person. I’ve heard yes and no and something about if it’s designed for the sport. I go alone at night from time to time. I never used to carry when doing so, but I have been for a while now. I know it’s cool in the vehicle or boat, but what about on the banks. I’m sure someone here knows, so, what’s the actual law here in Texas? And/or what pistol is designed for fishing if there is such a thing???

lol I had a Dudley Do Right barking in my ear saying a lot of “I think you gotta this and you’re supposed to that or A,B,C,D,E will happen to you if A,B,C goes down.” Now I can say I tried
I've heard of people using bows for fishing but never firearms.
Corp Of Engineer lakes are no firearms, anywhere, boat or on bank. I like a 9mm Sig with a laser sight on it, day or night.
As the saying goes, I rather be tried by 12 of my peers than be carried by six of them.
Yes sir, yes sir. I agree. I’ll be damned if Im gonna sit out there catching no fish AND getting got lol. I never knew that about COE waters. Good thing I’ve still never heard of it
Get yourself a concealed carry permit. Then you may never be asked about it until after you needed to use it.
