Nibbles will stay on longer if you dry them out a little before using them
Yes know they do, but I get so angry (was going to use the P word here) with how fast you loose them. even for bluegills I started using small piece of soft plastic thing like Power Bait little worm pieces? I have not tied that on crappie, but I do also have some real shad oil and want to give that a try, but also know when I use that on a jig, it's never going back in my box, lol!

I agree with CrappieDreamer, if you leave them out a while they firm up.
I try not to use the nibbles but if the fish are finicky I'll use them.....
I've used some of the scented oils before also & they work well also....A lot of times if the fish are hitting light a nibble will get them more in the mood to thump the jig.....
