    Default New to Texas Crappie.com


    Hello, I lived for 10 years in Monroe, LA and was a member of the LA Crappie.com group.

    I have been doing some inshore fishing lately, but miss fishing for Crappie. I'm headed out to Luce Bayou Friday morning.

    I'll be in an Excel Bay Pro 220; if you see me, say hey!

    I was really surprised when I passed by Metal Cutter and he says "Are You MudTurtle?"

    My son and I had a great day on the bayou. We caught 4 crappie of good size and a striped bass.

    Skip always comes to the Louisiana crappie.com gathering at Toledo Bend we'll have next month. Don't believe he has made the D'Arbonne gathering, not sure.

    No I have not made one other than the one on Toledo Bend at least in Louisiana, but did get to go to one in Miss. I went to fish Granada and just happened that the Sardis Gathering was same weekend so got to go to that. Dang weather came thorough that night and ruined my attempt to fish Granada.

    I don't post as much as I use to, but look in all the time and post as much as I can.
