Thread: Toledo Bend gathering the last weekend of February

Okay guys here it comes again with lots of good friends and great food. Such a good time every year and this will be my 4th year!

Sure hope some of you Texas guys and gals will join us over on the Louisiana side! For me this is the event of the year around here!

All we need is a little help from Mother Nature to make the weather right and if so we will kill the crappie!

I'm glad you're finally gong to make it this time. I understood why you couldn't make the previous trips, but always asked anyway. If you would, post in the gathering thread so we may keep a head count. Thanks again, it will be a pleasure for sure.

Ok Skip, looks like Penwell & I will be at the G2G barring any unforeseen calamities! I called this morning & reserved cabin 18. Come on February & some good weather! Say Skip, you know those big inflatable houses filled with all the multi colored nerf balls? You've seen how little kids act when they get inside one of those, right? That's how I'm gonna be when I step into your tying room for the first time! LMAO! Looking forward to meeting you & many others face to face!

Just another reminder fellas about our gathering. We have some fine folks coming from Texas such as RetiredRR, ChuckTx, Pepop, fishfried, Skip, and Ferdi thus far. On the Louisiana forum, there are "stickies" on the top describing the event. After the holidays, I'll post a food/supply thread for everyone to submit what they can bring.
