    Hi yall! Glad I came across this site! A lot of good info here and yall can really catch those crappie too! Thumbs Up Just wonderin who all on here fishes lake houston? I live across the street from the lake and fish it quite a bit!!

    Hello, and welcome to the site. I have fished Lake Houston for about 20 years now and I am still finding new place to crappie fish all the time. I usually fish the north end of the lake and the east fork. I do fish Luces Bayou if its not to crowded.

    I normally fish mid lake... I want to start fishing east fork more though!

    Been fishing LH for 30+ years. Crappie can be found shallow almost anywhere on the lake for the next two months.

    Fish mostly in Luce Bayou and some East fork. Fished for many years ! Do have reports on every month and then some !

    Haven't tried shallow yet but the ones we are catching in 6' to 8' have eggs that seem to be formed pretty well so I would think they are shallow also.
