Pin Oak size limit

Can anyone tell me if there is a size limit on the crappie at Pin Oak lake?

There is no size limit. Unless they changed it this year. I found out a couple of years ago. We were catching a lot of 9 3/4 fish and were getting upset because we only wanted about ten for a fish fry that night. We were mad when we found out there was no size limit. We had fun catching the fish though.

Last year first day of March they changed the rule to 30 fish on length limit.
Go to TWRA website it will tell you on there all the lakes that its on.

30 fish limit, no length minimum. There is also a special permit required for Pin Oak ONLY. It does not cover the other area lakes and the permit for the other area lakes are not good for Pin Oak.
