Hi everyone! I have lurked here off and on for the past several months and finally decided to join. Seems like a great place to keep up with what the crappie are doing and just have some general conversation.

My real name is Joe......the Barry Minnowlow thing is kinda a joke between some of my fishing buddies.

I don't fish near as much as I'd like to but when I do 90% of the time it's at the foot, mainly in the fall and winter. I'm considering going tomorrow actually. Have you been on Reelfoot lately??? Just wondering how they've been acting tha last few days.

    Welcome from east tenn.
It's not the numbers or the size, it's the time spent on the water!

    WTC,
I just saw your thread about your day yesterday....nice catch! Were you using jigs or minnows? If I get to go in the morning I might put in at Keystone and try to find some 10'-12' water and start trolling south.

You may have a good tactic there. The only thing is keystone ramp might be low?

Bo's is too low, Kiwanis is pretty low, the South Ramp is about the only one i can get in and out of with my bass boat.

Wind is supposed to be minimal tomorrow. Jigs. Conditions are right for some asy pickins.

Got a buddy who is out there right now. Has 10 fish right at 1lb, been there an hour. He says its hammer time.

That's what I like to hear. Have you guys been singlepolin or using the spider rigs?
