    Default Mr. Crappie Hi-Vis Line / P-Line

Do any of you guys use or have you tried either Mr. Crappie or P-Line hi-vis line? I bought a spool of 6 lb Mr. Crappie hi-vis about a month ago after hearing all the talk about how good hi-vis line is and how it helps to see the strikes and so on. Well, in my month long trial period, I definitely think it has improved my catch rates by helping me notice strikes earlier. It is also as strong as steel, which is great for knot strength and straightening hooks. I honestly haven't lost a single jig since I started using it. However, my one issue with the line is that I think it is a little wirey. It starts out smooth and conditioned, but after a couple weeks on the reel it develops a bad memory and needs to be changed. I was thinking of ordering some 6 lb P-Line (since they never have it at Bass Pro - another gripe of mine) and trying that out since I have also heard good things about it.

My question is: have any of you experienced the same issues with Mr. Crappie line and have any of you tried P-Line? If so, please share.

Also, since I know you guys like pictures, that 6 lb Mr. Crappie line pulled in that hybrid there in the middle. You can't see him very well, but he was pushing 5 pounds.
