    Default Normandy Lake Crappie



    I caught this Black nosed Crappie in Normandy Lake. It weighed 1 pounds 5 ounces and was 13 1/2 inches long. And to my surprise was a male. The females I caught we all loaded up with eggs. Chub

    Struck out on Normandy tonite. My buddy caught two. Me none. The ole light drew in the shad but no crappie bite. Time to move on. chub

    I fished Normany today and it was tough too. Found a few Specks in the standing timber but they were playing hard to get. Didn't see anything shallow. I'd say the spawn is over and time to start looking back to the creek drops for decent fish. Bass are on the beds too.
