    Default First retirement Monday

Well yesterday was my first Monday being fully retired (if there is such a thing ). Got started late after taking care of a few get ready done things. Hot, windy day on the Chick. They are bringing
lake up to summer pool. Surface temp was 61 to 62 degrees. From the folk I conversed with bite was slow and most guys were catching bass. I managed two yellow bass and one crappie in four hours on the water. Only lost 5 jigs lol. May be a couple weeks before I get out again but it wasn’t a skunk day so I am not totally disappointed.

Congrats on retirement. Sure seems like a good way to spend a day instead of work. Thanks for sharing.

Enjoy! I haven’t seemed to have slowed down any since retiring in 2016.
