    Thanks for sharing !
I have had several really tuff days so far this year with only 1-4 keepers in a 6 -8 hour day !
been wandering if I have lost it on catching fish ! Maybe this weather will stabilize and the fish get more cooperative!
    Too blessed to be stressed!

I went yesterday afternoon to kind of see how the fish might be affected. Got to the lake about 12 and found fish around brush piles but not a bite. I was watching the eclipse and fishing. Only crappie I caught was about at the main point of it and I am in the area with only about 90 something % coverage so it was only a little less sunlight than normal. Also a couple of bass fishermen and one of them picked up a nice bass during the main point for our area. Left shortly after because the wind switching around and my cranking motor died and my talons wouldn’t deploy to anchor me. Not bites after or before for me. Could be the fish might have been on fire if it had totally gotten dark for a while or it could be the were just stubborn as usual after the fronts we have had. Or it may be that I am just not much of a fisherman.

Yeah I'm good for about half a day. Maybe a little longer if the bite is good. It's all better than going to work...lol
