Running a little late with this one. Work interferes with many important aspects of life.
Was another windy day on the lake, so I opted to stay hidden in the creeks. Was a beautiful sunny day. Water temps were 54 -55 deg. I found my quarry hanging out in the channel about 15', on the north banks, chasing bait as one would expect. Another good day, though I never seem to break the 6-10 fish limit someone has imposed on me. Around 1pm or so the bait just disappeared, POOF! I searched around and could not for the life of me figure out where they went. I even used my "phone a friend" option "Grin", to no avail. But I will take and be blessed and thankful for what I have been afforded this day. Salvation, health, peace of mind, family and another day to fish. Long lining, aka: pulling jigs was the method still, fish are still roaming, IMO. Landed a 13.5 white along several others in the 10 -13" range, throw a couple of yellow bass and ol' slimmer for a little fight and some fun. So there you have it.
