When is it? Sounds like fun and where is it?I don't have no crappie for fry but I will go to " Long John or Captain D's" lol j/k and get some fish for you.
Seriously I'd luv to join you all. My family only stripe/bass fish down there so I don't come down much and don't know much about tn except there campground and the 25-e bridge/launch pad.

fishn n wishn - I'm in Gray. I want to start fishing Cherokee more. I know a little about how to catch crappies, but don't know much about Cherokee or Douglas. Sounds like we could help each other if you know the lake. PM me and we will see if we can hook up and catch a few on Cherokee. Where is your camp ground and do you have a launch ramp. Maybe we could organize a fish fry at your place to meet a few new fishin buds.

I don't know the lake as i never go there just wanting to. the campground is off slate hill road on rocky summit road called eagle landing campground.like 5-10 minutes from the 25-e bridge/launch.
