Phil and I hit a different area on Chickamauga lake to see what was up. It was a tough bite as we could only get keepers to bite on 2 different spots, both offshore. The fish were very reluctant to bite and were zeroed in on only one color. Lights Out slab slayers.
Water temp had risen to 85 and with a low current flow, and changing directions every so often, it made for a tough fishing morning. But the wind was cool and sun shining and humidity wasn’t bad early. Warm water makes the fish lethargic.
