Has anyone every found out what TWRA is calling a Umbrella rig?
Is it the same thing if you have 4 hooks along your line and there crappie hooks?
I know I have never gotten an answer out of them on it.

Umbrella Rig
Per TWRA 2004 Fishing Regulations:
Umbrella rig restriction - Umbrella rigs are defined as an array of more than 3 artificial lures or baits (with or without hooks) used by a single rod and reel combination. If the hook size is 6 or larger, then only one lure or bait may have a hook and that hook must be a single hook.
Fisheries Division - 615-781-6575, Clear as mud now. lol
Today is a great day

OK so as long as I'm using hooks and not jig's then my 4 hooks with minnows is not a umbrella rig?
Here is what the TWRA has on there web site.

Man fishing is getting bad. Takes 11 months to figure out what you can and can't do. And starting March 01 the limit on white bass will drop to 15 per day. Wish someone would catch all of them.
