A fishing buddy called and wanted to shoot some docks. We launched the boat at 18 degrees. The water temp was 39 when we put in and 45 when we took the boat out of the water. 10 minutes after getting to the first dock I had 2 short fish boated and tossed back. We didn't find any more willing participants. It was cold enough for the braid to feeze to the line guides. Made for some wild shots and some good laughs until it warmed up. It was a beautiful day. Time spent with friends in search of fish is always time well spent.
