Default Calling this a Labman tribute 10/11/21

I went spooning with Cuonthelake this afternoon as we were paying tribute to a great friend that we lost a few months ago.

Before anyone jumps to the wrong conclusion, it was Foley spooning that we were doing below Chickamauga dam. Candi showed off by catching most of the fish, driving the boat, while I was catching most of the rock piles that are below the railroad bridge down there.

Candi used the spoons that Labman once used to catch numerous Smallmouth bass and Stripers below the dams. She landed 4 Smallmouth and one Blue catfish while I caught one tiny Smallie and one Channel catfish.

We fished two hours. Chick flowing 47,000 with 7 gates spilling.

Norman An his wife Judie are some of the best people you could ever know. Huge bonus they volunteered with Labradors being puppy raiser for service dogs for the blind An those with disabilities! Norman was a great outdoorsman and one of Chattanooga great anglers. His skills for fishing and catching at the river park here in Chattanooga are known by many!
it was an honor today to fish with his gear and pay respect to someone that was always respectful kind and shared his knowledge! Rest In Peace Norman, I loved you spent your last few years being sharing how God healed you!
Thanks DK for the trip, you are the best!

DEFINITELY miss Norman. That guy had some stories. Him and I later found out through conversation that we fished some of the same water in Canada.

He also forgot more than I'll ever learn about catching FRESHWATER FISH WITH TEETH

    He was definitely a goodun

A day fishing a day better than work...
'Jesus answered and said to them, “Go and tell John the things which you hear and see:
The blind see and the lame walk; lepers are cleansed and deaf hear; dead are raised up and poor have the gospel preached to them.
And blessed is he who is not offended because of Me... Matthew 11:4-6
