Thread: crappie club for middle tennessee

I am interested.

My thing it aint got to be straight crappie club. Maybe just a club of fishermen that want to get together fish some shoot the bull with one another and tell lies.Maybe even get some good ideas on others techniques on catching fish of any species.

You must be getting bored with the Bull around Richard's shop. Come by Cedar city gun club sometime for a lot of bull and about as many lies.
Have you been jugging on priest lately? I need to load up for a fry in about a month or so at church. I'm going to be at Poole knobs this weekend.

Well since he sold out his part of the shop to Don aint anyone in there till the weekend.Unless someone calls and wants somebody to be there to take a bird in.I went out one day jugging and got a nice 15lber and a few other smaller ones.I think I might try and go out Saturday nite if nothing is happening dont really want to be out there in the daytime with all the wild ones that is going to be out.I will be either over near Bryants grove or near Buttcrack Island(cant remember the correct name of it right off.Just know it looks like a one legged person)...lol...I am either going to run to Nickajack or to Wheeler one day this next week for some catfishing.

I can usually load up below Nickajacj this time of year. let me know how you did.

Well me and the son took my older brother out for an all niter on the lake.Well Priest done good for us on catfish no luck with what little crappie we tried to get.Older brother actually got his first bass it was a 2lb largemouth.

just wanted to move this post back up.

I thought everyone must have sunk this idea in the water and not brought it up to shore anymore.There has been alot of great ideas generating on here but nothing has came through yet.I am still game or if nothing else lets try and get a get together up and see what comes from that.But I would suggest grilling burgers or mystery meat and hanging by the lake with our boats in case we decide to hit the water and see what we can do.But right now I am leaving Friday the 29th for the Gulf going to be fishing piers and then on Tues hitting the big water for snappers and groupers and any other nice fish to eat.I got a gal that runs inland charters to take me in the bays fishing one day so that will be something new for me.
