My brother and I had 42 keepers on OH Wednesday in about 4 hours. Some of them were BIG for OH. Many females this time. Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be great. Wind 5mph out of the SE on Saturday, 10 mph out of the SSW on Sunday. Highs in the high 70's. Carry some minnows but you catch most of them on jigs. We were in 4' to 8'. The bigh fish came on jigs under a bobber in about 5'. Water temp on OH is around 62. 2 1/2" chart/glitter curlly tails will do the trick. Red/chart glitter under the bobber. It wont get much better than this weekend on OH. Haven't had the courage to go to PP yet. Way to many weirdo's over there for this old man.

Hey Gilman, What time of day did you get your best bites? All day long or early and late or what? Going to OH tomorrow (Fri) and hope I can find'em and catch some. What area of OH were you fishing? Were you fishing beds or ledges? So many questions. Thanks for any help.

Hey chaser. Catching them in the back of the larger bays on the edges. Most of the places that I fish do not have a lot of cover up shallow (on purpose). The fish will hold longer on a ledge and spawn not to far far from the cover. The bite was in the afternoon but I know from my friends that right now the time is not as important. These fish are ready to go on OH. I live in G'ville also. Let me know if you want to go some time. I am off of Loretta.
