    Default Fishing report Chickamauga Lake 10-9-2018


    Fishing Chickamauga Lake 10-9-18. Tim Starnes and myself made a search for Crappie today.

    The main mission was to put some gas through the boat motor. I can't believe how long it has been since the boat has been in the water. All went well.

    All of our fish came out of 25' fow about 8-15' deep in and over blow downs. BGBS Patriot on a 1/32 oz jig seemed to be the best color. The water temperature averaged 77*.
    Life is good. Fishing is better.

    Those are some nice looking fish. Water temps should be cooling off fast after the impending weather.

    How wonderful is that to read a post from you! Looks as though there wasn’t any rust on your hooks either. You must have had high octane gas that got y’all on a perfect mess of fish! Great Job Kingfish! GO VOLS!
