Default TN resident, Ky water license ?

Licensing question. I am a Tennessee Resident with a sportsmans license. Can I cross into KY lets say on Barkley and fish withouta KY license? I have relatives in KY on Barkley and want to explore fishing there.

As far as I know ...

You cross the state line and you will need a KY non-resident fishing license to fish Barkley Lake waters North of Crockett Ba . The reciprocal agreement between KY & TENN is for KY Lake only, and even that only allows you to fish between the bridges (excluding Blood River).

I know on Kentucky Lake we can fish to the Eggners Ferry Bridge US68/KY80 and Kentucky residence can fish to the bridge at Paris Landing State Park.
