Fishing Report New Johnsonville area Sept 14, 2017
Water temp was 72 degrees. I caught 20 one short, 19 keepers. Took home 18, first time I have had a crappie jump out of a live well. The biggest was 15 inches and weighed 2 1/2 pounds. I was using 6a bombers in red crawfish and dark green crawfish. Trolling at 1.7 but caught a lot in the turns never could find the speed they liked so turned a lot.
