    Default Gibson County Lake

Planning on going early Saturday morning. Only been on the lake once and was bass fishing then. Planning on pushing cranks and roadrunners. Anyone been lately that might have some helpful info?

Caught some 2 weeks ago jigging brush piles. Caught several. Biggest keeper was 2.1. Jigs or jig tipped with minnow.

Skunked. Zilch. Nada. Caput. Not a single bite. Started out pushing roadrunners close to the dam in about 15' of water. Zigged and zagged from 10'-25' nothing. Bunch of bait close to the dam. Them small bass were wearing them out on top of water, but they didn't want what I had.

Yea I usually choose the lake over anything else, but when you are kinda strapped for time they come in handy.

I just saw this thread. I'll be the first to admit, we've never caught many good quality crappie at this little lake. I did catch my first black nose here several years ago.
