Thread: Fishing Report Kentucky Lake Cuba Landing Area 6-6-2017

Went trolling cranks and got my first limit of the year. Of course it is easier this year, as 20 is the new limit. I caught at least 50. Trolling 1.7 mph 40 feet of line out using 12 lb test. A Bandit brown back lure with a orange belly. First time using this color. The fish are finally starting to school up some as I was doubling up some. Once caught a black and white crappie in the same set.

Glad to see a report from Cuba area. I'm pretty sure I have the same brn and orange, have never put it on but will try next time out. Wife and I have fished Paris area many times but it's a 2.5 hour haul, Cuba from Gallatin shaves an hour off the ride. Could you pm me some basic information that would get us pointed in the right direction?
