Default Dylans irst day on the long rods.

Finally got a boat big enough for the boy and I to fish side by side and got it all rigged up.
We headed out to local water Reelfoot lake for some early crappie fishing and got into a mess of nice crappie.
Caught 30+ and brought home 22 quality fish. Trolling minnows deep shallow and everything in between.
This was Dylan's best fish of the day. I would say a nice start to on a lifetime of crappie fishing.
Solid 15.5 inch fish. Fat with eggs. Probably close to 2#.

Wow! Good looking crappie. The smile on your son's face is priceless.
