Default South end of Kentucky Lake fishing report

Fished from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. Brought home 14. 7 of which were slabs. Got one of the new ulterra's with the blue tooth. Will take a while to get used to the advanced cruise control but is useful at times. The spot lock is much improved. Water temp was 52 and was spider rigging with curley tails and minnows.Name: IMG_1031-1.JPG

Nice report. I had a water temp of 53 just a few miles down river. Everything I caught was in fairly deep water. Did you fish shallow? Looking at forecast we may have an early spawn!

Went fishing again yesterday and brought home 15. Most fish were in 6-9 feet of water. They kept biting after the cold front came through. I ran out of minnows and went home at noon. Caught a few on grubs with crappie nibbles. Water temp yesterday was 54 degrees. Wind finally got the best of me.

Good report. Been a few years since I've got to fish down there but hope to go back someday.
