    Default Killin em on Reelfoot

I've heard from 5 or 6 different people that they are loading the boats down on Reelfoot now, does anyone know if there's any truth to this? Anyone been lately? I talked to Big Lou at Grizzly and he said they were whackin em on the stumps not long ago but Idk about now. Any insight would be helpful! Thanks

I do know Tuesday it was really pretty and everybody was catching them. not me i had to work. lol ................ but yes to answer your question on days that the wind is not been bad where you can fish they are catching them. I know of a man and woman who caught 43 Tuesday. went back Wednesday and wind was to rough and was only able to keep 4.

I was off work Tuesday but had other things I needed to get done. I would have liked to have been on the lake but that wasn't happening. Are they catching em trolling in deep water or jigging shallower stumps, Bonnet stems, or mulesfoot roots? Lol

It's so hard for me to choose between reelfoot and haven't lake right now. They are both producing well.

don't know of any deep water at reelfoot. it is something else. may have to take off and head for there, only 3 hours or so. nothing like it.

The south end of reelfoot has the most deep water. I'd say it averages 10 ft deep but there are some deeper holes. Just follow the boats because this time of year when the weather is right you can't miss them. There are several public ramps in the vicinity. Lakeview restaurant is very close to that.. can't miss that either 👍
