Douglas since the rain / fire...

Fellow fishers,

Curious if anyone has been to Douglas recently (this past week) since all the rain. Curious how Muddy the water has gotten and how it's is affecting the bite?

Also, I assume we will have a good deal of ash run off etc in the future wonder if that too will have an affect...

And most off all please be in prayer for our neighbors in Gatlinburg. I have grown up with the jewel of the Smokies within a half hour drive. It is heart breaking to hear and see the devastation that has taken place, and I cannot even begin to comprehend what these families are going through...

At the same time it is so refreshing in today's world to see the outpouring of love, donations, etc. I am so proud of our Volunteer spirit and hope that those impacted know that we have their back. I am confident they will bounce back, rebuild, and remain Smokey Strong!

Sending our thoughts and prayers to the people of Gatlinburg. Have taken the kids and grandkids there many times, A real American town, with great people.I know they will rise above this tragedy.
