I haven't seen any of the pin minnows but I haven't been to every bait shop either. Most of the minnows I get over there run rather small and the yellow bass will wear them out. Try Bo's on the south end of the lake or Walton's up at Samburg.

I believe what you are looking for are not just frozen, but freeze dried minnows. If so they have them vacuum sealed at most Walmarts, in a bunch of different sizes. I've used the bigger ones on jugs catfishing in the river. The only thing you're gonna find at the lake will be live Rosie reds or shiners.
If it's to deep to stand up and there is to much to drink, WEAR YOUR LIFE JACKET.

Not sure what the name of the bait shop is now. I think the name of it is White's landing. hey are located there by the national guard armory. They always had them.

Thats bo's landing and i figured they would have them but when I talked to them they quite doing them a few years back. I did make the lady at Eagles nest resort laugh, she wasn't sure what I was talking about until I said little minnows in a cup. She said she remembered what I was talking about but it had been at least 10 years since she had seen anyone still netting them.

Tom that's like when you tell the grandkids your getting bait. Take them out to fight the wasp off there nest. That larva in a wasp nest will catch every fish around. Used to keep all the barns and outbuildings wasp free all year long. Have not fished with those in 30 years. And now there sting does more than sting .
