Got out for a while this morning, and it started fast and furious! The plan was to practice with some new planer boards (thanks tenncrappie). The early fog didn't allow trolling, so we had to creep to a brush pile and hunker down. Water temp was 45 and fish were 10' - 12' in 17 FOW. They wanted jigs today, and the morning choice was a Lakefork Bluegrass with a sickle tail. We did get to try out the boards, and they do exactly what I had hoped (thanks again tenncrappie). Watching the boards go down is a whole new lot of fun! I can see some fun coming my way!
