Default Dewatering area??/?/ duck season ////?? big sandy??

Looking at the TN fishing regs....
Region 1, Ky. lake, dewatering areas closed till end of waterfowl season (Jan. 31st?) ??
How much of the Big Sandy is in the "dewatering area"?
Legal to fish what parts of big sandy until then??

    Kentucky Lake
    Includes the following dewatering areas—West
Sandy, Big Sandy, Gin Creek, Camden Bottoms,
    Duck River Bottoms, Busseltown, Perryville,
and Gumdale. The dewatering areas are closed
to fishing 5 days prior to and during the late
    waterfowl season.

The dewatering area in West Sandy is the part behind (west side) the levee at the pumphouse. You can fish the West Sandy (same side as ramps and pleasant view resort) although you may see a few duck hunters up to the area that is called the cow pastures.
The dewatering areas in Big Sandy is south of 69A.
You can fish the other parts of Big Sandy except the area that is a part of the National Wildlife Refuge which includes swamp creek and the water on the west side of Sulpher Well island. These waters will reopen on March 16.
